Can you help keeping our plants watered?

We have cleared away a small area at the front of the centre where it would be nice to plant some flowers. We were also thinking of putting plants or flowers in pots along the car park side of the centre. The plants and pots will be supplied, but what we need is a couple of people to look after the areas, keeping the plants watered etc.
